Analisis Pengaruh System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality Terhadap Net Benefit Pada SI-PMB



Abstract— The information system development strategy
needs to be evaluated to support the success and quality of the
information system service for new student admissions. There is
dissatisfaction with SI-PMB users in getting the information they
want. The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of
information quality, system quality, service quality on the net
benefits of SI-PMB. The DeLone & McLean IS Success model is
used in this study, with variable components: information
quality, system quality and service quality. Data analysis using
structural models with Partial Least Square analysis tools. The
results of this study indicate that there is no positive and
significant relationship between the information quality variable
and the user satisfaction T statistical value of 0.426. There is a
positive and significant relationship between the variable system
quality and the user satisfaction with the T statistic of 3.103.
There is a positive and significant relationship between the
service quality variable and the user satisfaction, the T statistic is
2.604. The relationship between the user satisfaction variable and
net benefits, the t statistic value of 9,294 states that there is a
positive and significant relationship between the user satisfaction
variable and the net benefit.
