Abstract— All parties are aware that teacher performance is
directly proportional to improving the quality of education.
School is an institution for teaching students or pupils under the
supervision of an educator or teacher. The quality of education is
indispensable for the progress of schools, in order to maintain the
quality of teachers, schools routinely monitor and evaluate
performance to obtain improvements in the quality of teacher
performance. Analytic Network Process (ANP) is a method that
is generally used with the aim of prioritizing the various
alternative options available and these choices are complex or
multicriteria. This prioritization is an important part of using the
ANP method, basically the ANP method is a general theory of a
measurement concept. This method is used to find a ratio scale of
both discrete and continuous pair comparisons. These
comparisons can be taken from the actual size or from a basic
scale that reflects the strength of feelings and relative
preferences. With the use of the analytic network process
method, it is expected to be able to solve problems in determining
strategies for improving teacher performance, so that in
determining teacher performance achievements can be faster,
more effective, efficient and more accurate.
