Abstract—Good organization implementation in the
context of good governance services that will ensure
transparency, efficiency and effectiveness of implementation
within an organization. School is an educational institution
with one of the tasks it carries out is to serve the community
to prepare quality and efficient human resources (HR).
Information Technology Information Infrastructure Library
(ITIL) is a general framework that provides work for IT
governance of a service that focuses on measuring the
quality of IT services in various fields. IT governance is
defined as the structure of the relationship processes that
lead and regulate the organization in order to achieve its
goals by providing added value from the use of information
technology while balancing the risks compared to the results
provided by information technology and its processes. The
research objective to be achieved by the author is to identify
and provide recommendations for improving the maturity
level of IT governance that has met the domain service
criteria at ITIL Version 3 at SMK in Banyuasin Regency, the
author uses descriptive analysis method by analyzing the
existing network conditions at SMK in Banyuasin Regency.
Banyuasin Regency. This research produces a system that
can be used to measure the maturity level of IT governance
that can be done by the company to achieve the expected
maturity level. The current and expected maturity values are
generated from the measurement of the maturity level of IT
governance which refers to the ITIL V3 framework.
