Abstract— — Indonesia is an agrarian country where most of
the population works as farmers and has a wide variety of
agricultural and fishery products. Indonesia is one of the best
and largest sectors of agricultural and fishery products. Lebak
Regency in particular is an area where the majority of the
population is farming and aquaculture. Although the harvest is
abundant, it does not increase the income and welfare of farmers.
The selling price of agricultural and fishery products is
considered to be still not as expected, especially since the farmers
still cannot escape the snares of the collectors who buy their
crops at low prices. According to the problem of marketing
agricultural products that do not have outbound access with
limited transportation costs, especially those in the Lebak
Regency area which is an underdeveloped area that is difficult to
reach by transportation, so that can be impact the cost is quite
expensive in selling their agricultural and fishery products, then

one solution to overcome this problem is the establishment of E-
Commerce to market these agricultural and fishery products

online in order to reduce the marketing constraints that have
occurred so far. The application development method in this
study uses the prototype method and application testing using the
black box testing method. The result of this research is an
Android-based E-Commerce application for agricultural and
fishery products that can be used to sell and buy agricultural and
fishery products. Based on system testing with black box testing,
the Android-based E-Commerce application for agricultural and
fishery products is 100% functional, the system is running well.
